Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Master Chocolate Artisan to join our team at Al Sahraa Recruitment Services in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating unique chocolate displays that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create visually appealing chocolate arrangements, including sculptures, gift baskets, and decorative displays
  • Source high-quality chocolate and ingredients for the arrangements
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in the chocolate industry and incorporate them into designs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a chocolate arranger or in a similar role
  • Strong artistic and creative skills, with knowledge of different types of chocolate and their uses
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is AED 60,000 - AED 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
