Job Overview

Talent Pal is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth shipping processes and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and execute the booking of shipments via sea, air, or land, ensuring timely arrangements and adherence to client requirements.
  2. Update IDF information for each export, collaborate with clients for the issuance of the Certificate of Conformity (COC), and prepare accurate export documentation.
  3. Manage all Customs and SGS-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  4. Confirm Bill of Lading (BL) drafts with clients and agents, and facilitate smooth shipping processes.
  5. Maintain all relevant import/export-related tasks, including loading/unloading completion, monitoring, and tracking.
  6. Perform dynamic GRN/GDN/BOE entry in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Graduate & Above / Equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in exports is mandatory, preferably in U.A.E.
  • Proficiency in Accounting in ERP/Tally/Other Accounting Software is essential.
  • Ability to work on an immediate basis or as soon as possible is desirable.
