Job Description

The HR Business Partner Senior will be responsible for providing strategic human resource expertise to the business, driving business results through effective talent management and acquisition strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Contribute to the development, implementation, and update of the sections' strategic, budget and procurement, and operational plans ensuring alignment with the department and sector strategy and objectives, and ADAA's mission and vision.
  • Talent Management: Ensure completion of required trainings and certification programs in order to keep current with job requirements and ensure continuous performance improvements.
  • Recruitment Operations: Implement recruitment policies, procedures and processes including but not limited to interviews, assessments, selection and offer negotiations in accordance with the approved talent acquisition plan, ensuring a robust, inclusive and accessible process to select qualified, competent, suitable and best fitted talents.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
