Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets for various products and services, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Cross-sell assets and fee products, enhancing customer value and revenue streams.

• Adhere to internal guidelines and procedures, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Foster regular engagement with customers, resolving queries and issues to maintain high levels of service quality.

• Maintain accurate periodic status reports, including daily activity records and calls/follow-ups made, to inform business decisions.
