Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  4. Fluent in English; Urdu and Arabic are not mandatory but add value.
  5. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
