Job Description

The Senior Project Lead will be responsible for managing information security projects in the government sector, ensuring alignment with client quality assurance policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in project management, particularly in government projects, with a strong focus on integration of service management and information security.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project scope, timeframes, schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Plan project activities and allocate resources.
  • Manage changes and update project plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure quality reviews align with client quality assurance policies.
  • Follow client PM methodology in project documentation.
  • Identify risks and prepare mitigation plans.
Requirements
  • Project management and communication skills in Arabic/English.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project.
  • Leadership and team player skills.
  • Documentation and presentation skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
  • Certified PMP with 5+ years of experience in government projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Linguistic skills: Native Arabic, expert in English.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification.
  • ISO 20000/ITIL training/certificate is a plus.
