We are looking for a highly experienced Asset Management Advisor to join our team in Parsons Oman. This role offers a great opportunity to work on challenging asset management projects and contribute to the company's success.
You will support the development and delivery of asset management and PPP services across various sectors in the Middle East.
Key Accountabilities- Support the development and technical delivery of asset management and PPP projects in the MEA region.
- Perform asset management responsibilities, including:
- Developing and implementing asset management policies, procedures, and standards;
- Guiding inspections, asset inventory, data analysis, and reporting;
- Preparing asset management-related documents;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as technology or engineering.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
- Proven expertise in implementing asset management services and ISO 55000 systems.
- Experience developing PPP Technical Schedules.
- Relevant experience in the roadways, heavy rail, or building sectors.
