- **Debt Issuance Structuring:** Assist in structuring, pricing, and negotiating debt issuances, including conventional and Islamic structures, such as syndicated revolver facilities and bi-lateral credit facilities.
- **Hedging Strategies:** Develop hedging strategies to manage interest rate risks associated with long-term debt issuances, ensuring optimal financial performance.
- **Collaboration and Due Diligence:** Collaborate with legal and investor relations teams in capital markets due diligence, including shelf-registration activities and preparation of information memoranda for potential investors.
- **Financing Strategies:** Contribute to the formulation and implementation of financing strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance financial flexibility at the group level.
- **Representation and Communication:** Represent MatchaTalent in joint venture financing projects and various committees or task forces related to financing matters, effectively communicating with stakeholders.
