Job Title: Senior Mobile and Web Application Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile and Web Application Developer to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and scale our web and mobile applications to meet the evolving needs of our users.
  • Create and maintain high-quality software documentation to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Design and develop user-friendly and intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our users.
  • Develop new features and user interfaces from wireframe models, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Ensure the best performance and user experience of our applications, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in the overall application lifecycle, from development to deployment and maintenance.
  • Focus on coding and debugging, ensuring the highest quality of our applications.
  • Define and communicate technical and design requirements for front-end and back-end development.
  • Provide training, help, and support to other team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Build high-quality, reusable code that can be used in the future, reducing development time and increasing efficiency.
  • Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean code, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with current best practices, ensuring our applications remain cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Conduct UX/UI tests and optimize performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve our applications, staying ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and system administrators, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Participate in conferences and educational programs, staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Fix bugs and performance problems, ensuring our applications remain stable and efficient.
  • Write clean, readable, and testable code, ensuring our applications meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • 58 years of professional experience in web and mobile application development, with a strong focus on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple company websites.
  • Proficiency in mobile development tools and languages for both platforms (e.g., Android Studio, Xcode, Swift, Kotlin).
  • In-depth knowledge in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Python, Bootstrap, Ajax, jQuery, and other relevant technologies.
  • Proficient knowledge of a backend programming language, depending on the specific case, and knowledge of one or more of PHP, Python, Ruby, Java,.NET, JavaScript, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge in CMS frameworks: WordPress, Joomla, WooCommerce, Magento, Drupal, etc.
  • Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries and services, considering the specific requirements of each platform.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and understanding of code management tools, such as Subversion and Git.
  • Knowledge of modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in iOS and Android.

  • Fixing bugs and performance problems.
  • Writing clean, readable, and testable code.
