Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of engineers to design and implement projects that remediate issues found within our data center fleet.
- Develop and implement engineering processes to improve operational excellence, including customer interaction, development methodology, and collaboration with other teams.
- Identify areas of growth for the team and develop a clear growth plan and development strategy for each team member.
- Drive strategic communication and provide technical strategy with limited guidance within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with partner teams to implement new and improve existing processes and procedures, within the region and globally where necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ cumulative years of experience managing an engineering team.
- Ability to identify high-performance and lead a group of high-powered engineers.
- Organized and able to set priorities and meet deadlines and budget.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Basic understanding of both mechanical and electrical equipment/design related to data centers.
- Ability to develop solutions and execute plans on complex projects.
