The Culture Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating culture sector strategies and performance management systems.
Main Accountabilities:
- Culture Sector Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement culture sector strategies and performance management systems.
- Design and implement a communication plan to promote the strategy and its objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Collection & Management
- Establish and maintain data collection templates and frameworks to support data-driven decision making.
- Analyze and interpret data to support the development of culture sector strategies and performance management systems.
- Reporting & Communication
- Develop and disseminate regular reports on culture sector performance and progress.
- Design and implement a communication plan to engage stakeholders and promote the culture sector's objectives.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate the development and implementation of culture sector projects and initiatives.
- Quality Assurance
- Evaluate and improve the quality of culture sector projects and initiatives.
