Job Purpose:

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to develop, detail, and communicate culture sector strategies, key performance indicators (KPIs), and targets. The successful candidate will track and report on culture sector progress in achieving strategic priorities, projects, and milestones.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Culture Sector Strategy & Targets
  • Conduct research to contribute to establishing culture sector strategies, setting strategic KPIs, and defining baseline targets.
  • Provide support to develop a strategic dashboard for the sector, facilitating monitoring of sector progress and performance.
  • Assist in developing a detailed roadmap for the sector strategy, tracking strategic objective achievements.
  • Support designing and implementing a communication plan related to the strategy.
  • Track the progress of key strategic projects reported to the strategic PMO, assessing progress and ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
Data Collection & Management
  • Maintain data collection templates to receive inputs, data, and statistics from culture sector project owners.
  • Create data processing frameworks with clear fields for efficient data repository and manipulation.
  • Follow up on data collection requests and knowledge development in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Participate in conducting data analysis, benchmarking, and foresight based on culture sector needs and requirements.
Reporting & Sector Progress
  • Support preparing and maintaining the Culture sector monthly performance report, tracking strategic and operational KPIs, departmental performance, and Capital project updates.
  • Assist in preparing weekly, quarterly, and annual reports using developed dashboards.
Project Management
  • Provide assistance in tracking the culture sector special and key projects.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
  • Follow section policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the area to facilitate information flow and awareness building.
Day-to-Day Operations
  • Follow day-to-day operations set by the Line Manager to ensure continuity of work and delivery of effective outputs.
  • Report regularly to the Line Manager on operational activities, challenges, hurdles, and resolution methods.
