Key Responsibilities

  • Debt Recovery and Management
    • Receive and review customer accounts, identifying areas of concern and developing strategies for debt recovery.
    • Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
    • Monitor customer payments and ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Customer Relationship Management
