About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Deals Strategy and Operations team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in providing strategic and operational advice across the deal continuum, from setting the deal strategy to post-deal execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful delivery of projects, including multiple projects at a time, while leading a team of consultants.
  • Manage the client relationship on a day-to-day basis, including other stakeholders.
  • Structure and ensure the development of reports encompassing the relevant analysis, findings, and recommendations.
  • Support business development efforts across key geographies in the GCC and within various sectors.
  • Take an active role in new business development and pursuit activities, including client lead maturation, proposal development, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Identify and address client needs, building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships.
  • Develop high-impact work plans, prioritizing issues that drive the answer, developing creative ways to prove or disprove hypotheses, estimating time and resourcing required for work modules.
  • Manage project workstreams and develop proposals, deliverables, and reports using the Microsoft suite of applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Requirements
  • 7 years of relevant work experience, including demonstrated career progression to a Senior Manager equivalent level in a strategy consulting firm or corporate strategy roles.
  • Sector experience with a focus on industrial manufacturing, automotive, and/or construction sectors, preferably within the Middle East.
  • Proven track record of success in developing corporate portfolio strategies and delivering commercial due diligence projects.
  • Hands-on experience with assisting clients in strategic planning and business reviews, growth market entry, and international expansion, and market opportunity sizing.
  • Experience with deals, M&A, and Joint Ventures, strong understanding of mergers, integrations, spin-offs, and/or divestiture transactions, including options analyses and recommendations.
  • Ability to develop and execute programs on production localization, attracting FDI, and developing outward direct investment programs.
  • Rigorous analytical skills, ability to excel at solving problems that require sound logical reasoning, creative thinking, fluency with numbers, and ability to untangle complex issues.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, committed, and inclusive team player.
  • Ability to exercise business judgment, communicate persuasively, and generate insights to build trusting client relationships.
  • Ability to project poise, confidence, and professional maturity in both internal and external situations, engaging and concise with good interpersonal presence, comfortable both in the C-suite and team room settings.
  • Flexibility and ability to serve and address a wide range of client assignments, ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident to manage multi-resource engagements, using work plans to manage day-to-day execution, removing roadblocks proactively, asking for help effectively, communicating up, down, and laterally.
  • Articulate and compelling verbal, written, and presentation skills are vital.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, pragmatic, someone who rolls up the sleeves and gets things done.
  • Arabic speaking considered a big plus.
  • Flexibility to travel 20-40% of the time.
