  • Leading cross-functional teams in the development and improvement of business processes.
  • Facilitating and coaching lean events, including TPM, Standard Work, SMED, RCAs, and value stream improvement projects.
  • Driving improvement in quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) metrics through data analysis and visualization.
  • Developing and maintaining standard processes for measuring and reporting performance metrics.
