Main Purpose of the Role

As a Nurse Assistant at Mediclinic International, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that patients receive evidence-based and patient-centric care, adhering to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Quality Patient Care: Collaborate with the multi-professional team to provide exceptional patient care, adhering to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
  • Ensure Patient Safety: Identify, prevent, and manage risks in accordance with Mediclinic's risk policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Enhance Patient Experience: Create a conducive environment that promotes positive patient experiences, guided by nursing leadership.
  • Contribute to a Learning Environment: Foster a culture that builds employee competence and supports continuous learning.
Required Education and Experience

Essential Qualifications: A Nursing Diploma of not less than 18 months course duration and a valid BLS certificate.

Desirable Qualifications: At least two years of experience in a similar role, with UAE experience being beneficial.
