About the Role

As a leader in well construction and production, we offer innovative physical and digital solutions that enhance efficiency and maximize reservoir value. Our Pressure Pumping team specializes in Cementing, Coil Tubing, and Stimulation.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager will oversee a product or portfolio within our product line. The successful candidate will implement strategies as directed by the Global Product Line Director or Product Line Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the functional business and financial performance of the product(s).
  • Acting as the product advocate internally and externally, conducting demonstrations and training for stakeholders to highlight the product's value proposition.
  • Formulating a product strategy and vision based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Collaborating across the organization to validate forecasts and identify products for special supply chain strategies.
  • Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features and enhancements.
  • Managing the Product Development Management (PDM) process, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to influence product line and market strategy.
  • Planning and executing successful product launches, including pricing strategies and marketing plans.
  • Monitoring product life cycle and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Leading initiatives that integrate product development with process improvement.
  • Providing technical support for specific escalation requests.
  • Driving initiatives focused on reducing carbon footprint.
  • Conducting all business activities in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong initiative, analytical, and conceptual skills.
  • A thorough understanding of product line technology and service delivery requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • The capability to develop and mentor small technical teams.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
