Claims Resolution Professional

We're seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Motor Claims Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate validation of police reports for claim settlements and repudiations.
- Handle and process recovery notifications and incoming communications efficiently.
- Collaborate with surveyors to coordinate surveys, approvals, and other tasks.
- Address broker and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Issue letters of proof for vehicle repairs and third-party property damage settlements as needed.
- Negotiate with service providers, including workshops, repairers, and insurance companies.
- Process and settle claims under various covers, including hire car, towing, property damage, and excess accounting, ensuring fair outcomes for both insured parties and third parties.
- Communicate effectively with business associates to clarify claim-related queries and concerns.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, drafting official responses as necessary.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of GIG Motor Insurance Policies and Unified policies in the Gulf region.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated analytical and planning abilities.
