  • Handles International Preauthorization cases as required, coordinating with providers for direct billing.
  • Attends calls and e-mails from insurance companies, clients, and providers, resolving issues promptly.

  • Manage routine daily claims administration work, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
  • Evaluate claims for eligibility, making informed decisions based on standard operating procedures.
  • Handle International Preauthorization cases, ensuring seamless coordination with international providers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to calls and e-mails in a timely and professional manner.
