We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Team Lead to join our Fulfilment Center team at Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team of professionals who work together to ensure seamless operations within the business.

As an Operational Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in managing complex operations, implementing process improvements, and working closely with colleagues across different teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of professionals to maintain safety standards and monitor process efficiency
  2. Prioritise routine team management and daily operational tasks, as well as individual escalations and process improvement work
  3. Analyse data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area to inform operational decisions
  4. Discuss technical improvements with engineers and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes
About the Team

The Customer Fulfilment (CF) team is the foundation of Amazon's business, handling over 1.5 million orders every day. We are based in Fulfilment Centres, which are at the heart of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network.

Lots of different people work in our Fulfilment Centres, offering plenty of opportunities for various skillsets. Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone make smart decisions.
