About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Chalhoub Group. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for implementing high-quality visual merchandising strategies and presentations across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with in-store teams to maintain display standards and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Communicate installation schedules and plans to the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Define and implement in-store displays for new launches and animations.
  • Measure and report on the impact of merchandising action plans, providing insights to inform future strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and dissemination of brand reports and ensure external and internal stakeholders are informed.
  • Work closely with Retail Management to understand the impact of new merchandising on sales.
  • Ensure the implementation of Level VM guidelines in line with creative direction and brand DNA.
  • Review project updates from the team and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Oversee the creation of mood boards and presentations to support brand storytelling.
  • Work closely with the Projects team to monitor campaign delivery and ensure client objectives are met.
  • Gather business and technical requirements to inform design ideas and sourcing decisions.
  • Plan and execute annual window display initiatives that align with brand direction.
  • Ensure all in-store PLV's, props, and display podiums meet brand standards.
  • Work closely with Marketing to support internal brand events and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with market research and trends to inform visual merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary technical skills to support their job execution.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Visual Merchandising within fashion retail.
  • A background in Visual Merchandising within a multibrand store or handling multiple brands & locations within your portfolio.
  • Flexibility in working hours/days, including occasional overnight and weekend shifts.
