Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide professional, engaging, and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
  • Program Development: Create effective personal training programs to achieve guest objectives, closely monitoring their progress and making changes and modifications as needed.
  • Teaching and Training: Teach Exhale Barre classes and maintain knowledge of Exhale branded programs, personal weight training, anatomy, and exercise physiology.
  • Sales and Revenue: Generate sales by recommending and/or up-selling memberships, products, and services.
  • Guest Concerns: Resolve guest concerns in a prompt and efficient manner and ensure managers and relevant departments are notified in a timely manner.
  • Compliance and Safety: Follow and ensure compliance with all corporate, hotel, departmental, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Participate in hotel committees and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Current ACSM, NASM, NSCA, or ACE certification.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' professional experience in personal training in a spa or fitness center.
  • Skills: Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and proven ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment.
