**Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement a global recognition strategy that aligns with company values and goals.
  2. Manage a centralised recognition programme budget, ensuring efficient resourcing of rewards.
  3. Partner with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to enhance awareness and participation in recognition programmes.
  4. Design and deliver corporate events focused on employee recognition, such as NAJM, IdeasHub, Long Service Awards, Chairman's Award, Excellence Awards, and Sports Clubs.

**Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
