Site Supervision Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Inspector to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our site supervision team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that construction activities meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect site conditions before commencing construction activities, verifying site compatibility with designed permanent works and checking for obstructions.
- Document existing property conditions that may be affected by construction, photographing and reporting findings.
- Review materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials, and equipment, and report discrepancies.
- Verify material storage and report any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inspections of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals.
- Maintain records of inspections, tests performed, work executed, etc., and perform all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.
- Ensure site safety practices are observed and report any concerns.
- Assist with inspection of completed works, help prepare punch lists, and monitor start-up, testing, commissioning, and handover of works.
- Support review of shop drawings and material submittals related to architectural and ID works.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager.
