Job Overview

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup Middle East. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining and understanding sales data at different aggregation levels, gathering information, and producing unconstrained base demand plans.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Data Analysis: Maintain and understand sales data at different aggregation levels, including brands, sub-brands, SKUs, variants, sizes, distribution channels, demand groups, and demand locations.
  2. Information Gathering: Gather information and document assumptions based on historical data, business intelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailers, and other sources.
  3. Demand Planning: Produce unconstrained base demand plans utilizing APO statistical modeling in collaboration with the central demand planning team.
  4. Assumption Validation: Maintain and validate assumptions of activities calendar and events forecasting building blocks.
  5. S&OP Process Facilitation: Facilitate parts of the S&OP process to gain consensus and alignment with all stakeholders involved in the process to arrive at one unbiased aligned number, practicing the IBP concepts.
  6. Local Market Insights: While managing a group of brands, maintain the lead in supporting the ME S&OP process by ensuring that local market insights are fed back to the Dubai head office through a two-stage process.
  7. Risk Management and Inventory Health:
    1. Supply Criticality Management: Work with the ME team to identify, manage, and communicate supply criticalities to all stakeholders outside the 3-month horizon.
    2. Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional supply planners to assign the right priority and action plan to minimize such supply risks.
    3. Inventory Management: Co-own with RSP inventory DOS and stock cover for his/her assigned products category/inventory location.
    4. SLOB Risk Analysis: Perform SLOB risk analysis and initiate action plans with the marketing/commercial team to keep SLOB provisions at minimum level.
    5. Co-pack Planning: Supervise planning of Co-pack activities and work closely with the hub operations team to execute these plans.

Requirements:

This role requires a skilled Demand Planning Specialist with a strong understanding of sales data analysis, information gathering, and demand planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and risk analysis.
