We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse - Tower D1 - Surgical Intensive Care Unit to join our team.

Job Description

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. The key areas of responsibility include:

  1. Patient Assessment and Planning: Collecting and analyzing assessment data to determine diagnosis/issues and identifying expected outcomes.
  2. Care Implementation and Coordination: Implementing the plan of care in partnership with the patient, family, and healthcare team members.
  3. Health Education and Promotion: Utilizing teaching strategies appropriate to the individual patient's condition and learning needs.
  4. Outcome Evaluation: Evaluating progress toward attainment of outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in nursing OR Degree in Nursing (minimum two (2) years course duration) AND Registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia AND valid/current national license AND BLS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ACLS, PALS relevant to area of specialty.

Experience:

  • a. NLT 2 years clinical experience post qualification in appropriate setting.
