  2. Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis to identify the skills and knowledge gaps of our employees and develop training programs to address these gaps.
  3. Manage Training Budget: Prepare and manage the training budget to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
  4. Develop and Implement Performance Metrics: Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our training programs.
  5. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our training programs are aligned with their needs and goals.

Requirements:
