Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transportation Coordination: Assist in the transportation of personnel, documents, and supplies to required destinations on a timely basis.
  2. Delivery Scheduling: Prepare delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  3. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with outside transportation companies and assign drivers to routes.
  4. Vehicle Management: Coordinate with Drivers and Admin Manager for vehicle registration, maintenance, and inspection.
  5. Driver Management: Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing issues.
  6. Operational Efficiency: Implement new and innovative practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on cost and performance, vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and quarterly annual review reports.
  8. Team Support: Assist colleagues and perform any other relevant tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
  • Graduate degree or above with experience in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
