About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Tender Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from initial expression of interest to agreement signature and distribution.

Key responsibilities include handling all tendering activities, maintaining scheduling of the tendering process, and updating and maintaining standard forms of communication. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and preparing tender documents, arranging technical bid openings, and preparing price comparisons.

Furthermore, they will distribute agreements, follow up and communicate with finance, insurance, and contractors regarding bank guarantees and insurance documents submissions. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge about UAE laws and regulations and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant degree.
