The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist for Commercial Construction will be responsible for:

Qualifications for the Role

The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance/Quality Control position will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
  • Hands-on experience in QA/QC for construction projects, ideally in sectors such as Healthcare, Affordable Housing, Recreation, Higher Education, K-12, Libraries, Multifamily, and Office buildings.
  • A proven history of managing projects valued at $20 million or more.
  • Essential proficiency in Timberline software.
  • Direct reporting to the Safety Director and Vice President of Operations.
