Key Skills

  • Preparing QA metrics and active participation in QA process activities

  • Driving efforts towards maintaining software quality assurance practices; adhering to company standards for functional test coverage
  • Preparing and organizing test strategy, test plan, test scripts, and test results summary walkthrough/review meetings to ensure timely completion and delivery of the project to the client

Requirements

  • Preparing, designing, and leading the test strategy and test plan for all projects
  • Carrying out review activities such as requirements review, design review, test strategy review, and test case review
  • Supporting business users during user acceptance testing
  • Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work, ensuring adherence to quality norms throughout the implementation process
  • Facilitating defect triage by performing root cause analysis for defects and project status discussions with business owners and other stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge and experience in Waterfall & Agile Testing Processes and Dev Ops Methodologies
