About the role- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
- Networking with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Creating and publishing job ads.
- Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- High School Certificate.
- Willing to develop in HR career path as Recruitment Officer.
- On the Job Trainee with duration of 6 months presented and compensated by Nafis Platform.
