This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and make a lasting impact in the tourism industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency's travel services, managing a team of travel consultants, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of travel consultants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the processing of complex travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and related services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor travel data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their feedback and resolving any issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, travel regulations, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the travel services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a travel operations or travel management role, preferably within the United Arab Emirates or GCC market.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team of travel professionals.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle complex client requests.
  • Proficient in travel booking systems, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
