**Job Summary**

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Rotana Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team to achieve operational objectives while ensuring that cleanliness and maintenance standards meet hotel requirements. Your role will involve key responsibilities such as:

  • Preparing housekeeping assignments for team members
  • Issuing keys and supplies to housekeeping staff
  • Notifying management of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock Rooms, and taking appropriate action
  • Attending daily meetings and receiving special instructions
  • Verifying check-outs before reporting rooms as vacant
  • Responding to guest requests and carrying out tasks
  • Inspecting cleaned areas using a checklist to ensure cleaning standards are met, supplies are in place, and immediate repairs are reported
  • Completing reports and handing over found articles to the lost and found department
  • Supervising the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells
  • Training and assisting housekeeping staff and advising management on performance
  • Assisting with inventory and ensuring that all housekeeping equipment is properly handled and maintained

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that housekeeping standards are met and maintained
  • Supervising housekeeping staff to achieve operational objectives
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issues
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests
