About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Unilever. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital innovation and transformation across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives
  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies to enhance productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions.
Execute Digital Projects
  • Work with site stakeholders to execute hardware and software changes to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop software applications to communicate with hardware and integrate pre-existing software modules.
Provide Technical Support
  • Offer basic troubleshooting for hardware and software affiliated with site's digital infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with internal factory stakeholders during the design and implementation phase of digital transformation projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in software development, manufacturing, or automation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as.NET/C# or Python.
  • Basic understanding of computer networks, IP addressing, and general network hardware.
