Job Title: IT Financial Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Financial Manager to join our team at Talent Pal. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering IT financials, including chargeback contracts, licenses, vendor management agreements, and subscription and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and monitor IT budgets, including operating budgets and capital expenditure (Capex) projects, and prepare long-term financial forecasts.
  • Procurement and Contract Management: Responsible for IT procurement, including initiating, tracking, receiving, and coordinating with accounting and procurement teams.
  • Contract and Vendor Management: Responsible for initiating, tracking, executing, and monitoring IT contracts in coordination with procurement and legal teams.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Design, develop, and execute processes to plan, record, analyze, and report on the financial conditions of IT financials, contracts, licenses, cloud subscriptions, and vendor management.
  • Cost Optimization and Efficiency: Proactively identify ways to enhance efficiency, reduce IT costs, and improve revenue generation.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build strategic relationships with vendors, identify unique opportunities for partnership or expansion, and provide analysis and financial leadership to aid in decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in finance, economics, or IT management.
  • Skills: Strong IT knowledge, financial reporting knowledge, vendor and contract management experience, excellent organizational and time management skills, excellent presentation skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced multitask environment, strong team player/collaborator with ability to influence, good understanding of project management methodologies, and strong written and spoken English.
