Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa services to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spa Services: Perform various types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies to the highest standards.
  • Guest Communication: Communicate with guests during massages to adjust techniques as required and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instruments and equipment before each use.
  • Guest Consultation: Enquire about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services and provide suitable recommendations as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed in massage therapy and cosmetology or aesthetics, CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: Proven experience working as a spa therapist.
  • Skills: Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques, excellent organizational skills, patience, and respect.
