Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of kitchen equipment, including cooking appliances, dishwashers, and refrigeration units.
  • Inspections and Cleaning: Conduct regular inspections and cleaning of kitchen facilities and equipment to ensure they meet operational standards.
  • Work Prioritization: Review job orders and prioritize work to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule repairs, maintenance, and installations of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance program items in coordination with planned schedules.
  • Departmental Policies: Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
  • Installation and Repair: Install new equipment and perform repairs on leaks, replacing old or defective parts as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff, company officials, and staff to provide effective solutions to maintenance issues.
  • Emergency Response: Respond quickly to emergency calls related to equipment repair issues.
  • Hazard Reporting: Report any hazards encountered during work.

Requirements
