Job Description

MatchaTalent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Structural Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of capital projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Execute capital projects according to the scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical input and review of design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of facilities, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and specifications.
  • Contract Management: Manage GES design contractor activities during the development of Pre-FEED & FEED, including definition of project work scope and schedule requirements.
  • Project Development: Responsible for project development, including engineering studies, technical bid reviews, preliminary engineering, detail designs, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, handover, commissioning, and startup.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with international procedures and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil structural project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
