The Internal Comms Expert will support internal and external communication efforts across ADS Holding Group and its subsidiaries (ADSS and ADSI) business, ensuring consistency with ADSS' brand, style, and messaging. This role focuses on drafting and editing content, maintaining internal communication channels, assisting with employee engagement initiatives and events, and contributing to content development.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow, with a proactive approach to supporting the Communications Manager and the Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drafting internal updates, emails, and announcements
  • Proofreading, editing, and publishing communications for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with ADSS' brand and style guidelines
  • Supporting senior team members in writing content for newsletters, reports, and other materials

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating content on the company intranet (SharePoint)
  • Organising and collecting employee feedback
  • Supporting logistics for internal events, including meetings, offsites, cultural events, and town halls

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Strong written and spoken English skills (essential); basic Arabic skills (desirable)

Experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a similar role is preferred, as well as experience with internal communications, content development, or event support. Familiarity with SharePoint and WordPress is desirable, or a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic graphic design skills are essential.
