Job Title: Kg Teachers - Early Childhood Educators

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Kg Teacher to join our team at City University College Of Ajman. As a Kg Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
• Classroom Management: Establish a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
• Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to support student growth.
• Communication with Parents and Colleagues: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Kg students.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
