**Description**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in the Education industry. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals improve their speech and language skills, enabling them to communicate effectively.

In this role, you will work closely with students of varying ages, from preschool through high school, providing assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic activities. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that the students' individual needs are met, and progress is monitored regularly.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address speech and language disorders.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records of students' progress.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid certification/license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working as a Speech Therapist, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language delays.
- Familiarity with a wide range of assessment tools and therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
