About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Expert to join our team at SimplyApply. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Collaborate with clients to identify business problems and develop innovative solutions to drive growth and revenue.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and create comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional guidance and support to clients throughout the engagement, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret Clearance: Possess an active Top Secret clearance, with the ability to maintain it throughout the engagement.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with a minimum of two years of consulting experience. Alternatively, candidates with five or more years of experience may be considered without the educational requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Human Capital Management: Possess experience in human capital management, workforce planning, or organizational design.
  • HR Data Analytics: Have experience with HR data analytics and reporting.
