The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving our digital and e-commerce strategy forward. Key responsibilities include:

  • Benchmarking and brainstorming with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supporting the development of data-driven strategies aligned with line manager's objectives.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational tasks and achieve expected outcomes.
  • Extracting and sharing relevant data as per established processes or upon request from the line manager.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in executing initiatives related to content management, UX/UI, development, SEO/SEM, CRM, email, social media, digital strategy, and analytics.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms like AEM or Sitecore, GA4, and GTM.
  • Familiarity with the latest SEO techniques and strategies.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel and leisure industry (agency or client side).
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Strong professional relationships across various brands and functional teams within Miral Destinations.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, multi-geography environment.
  • Basic coding skills and familiarity with Emarsys, Figma/Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud apps, and Arabic language are advantageous.
