Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets and other commercial objectives by developing and executing marketing, sales, and account management strategies.
  2. Partner with other sales team members to deliver a strategic and tactical plan for revenue growth, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, continuously testing new initiatives to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Take ownership of key opportunities and personally assist individual team members to win theirs, driving a culture of accountability and results-driven sales.
  5. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and achieve sales goals, even in the absence of resources or tools.

Requirements:

  1. 5-8 years of experience in revenue sales or growth within a large-scale B2B Fintech/SaaS environment, preferably with Crypto/Blockchain sales experience.
  2. A strong track record of sales for Fintech, SaaS, or other complex systems, with a focus on high-value transactions ($250K-1MM+).
  3. Proven ability to manage and maintain a reliable pipeline and lead funnel process, driving consistent sales growth.
  4. Contribute to the development of new product ideas and estimate their potential revenue impact, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  5. A passion for the Crypto and Blockchain space, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements.
  6. Exceptional communication and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to effectively interact with C-Suite executives and other high-level stakeholders.
