As a Contracts Management Specialist at M42 Health, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of contracts, from simple agreements to complex multi-year deals. You will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with our procurement policies and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts with vendors, taking into account regulatory requirements and M42's interests.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including tracking renewals and changes.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor contracts.
  • Providing expert advice on contract interpretation and implementation, including risk and liability assessments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Bachelor's degree in law is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in contract life-cycle management, preferably within procurement and supply chain, with experience in healthcare being highly advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to balance legal risks with business needs.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
    • A solid understanding of international, regional, and local supply markets and their working practices.
