Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Wonder Smart Home. As a Home Automation Sales Expert, you will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting demonstrations, and closing deals.

Your primary objective will be to maintain active engagement with both new leads and existing customers while promoting our smart home solutions.

About the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or business administration, marketing, sales, or other related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in home automation sales in the UAE (preferably B2C)
  • Proven track record in business development capabilities
  • Experience in CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  1. Generate new leads through allocated sales and marketing plans
  2. Reach out to leads on-site or off-site sales, generated via different marketing channels and qualify them
  3. Arrange and conduct demonstration visits to leads and site inspections to introduce home automation solutions
  4. Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients until closing deals
  5. Work closely with the installation team to ensure effective completion while maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability
  6. Maintain active engagement and good relationships with both new leads and existing customers
  7. Provide feedback about solutions posited in the market and customers' feedback
  8. Generate a strong trust between the company and the client by highlighting after-sale services
  9. Promote and raise awareness about smart home solutions

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid UAE Driving licence
  • Demonstrative and convincing skills
  • Negotiation and customer relationship skills

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or business administration, marketing, sales, or other related field. A minimum of 3 years experience in home automation sales in the UAE (preferably B2C) is required. Additionally, a proven track record in business development capabilities and experience in CRM systems is a plus.
