  • Guide a team of engineers in the development, testing, modification, implementation, and validation of solutions to technical challenges, while optimizing existing systems including equipment and process design.
  • Deliver performance reports on engineering initiatives during individual meetings with upper management and in team settings.
  • Engage in New Product Introduction (NPI), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) as necessary.
  • Review and validate the technical accuracy of engineering outputs, approving or suggesting modifications as needed.
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience in a related field. Industry-specific experience is advantageous.
    • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively in both team and individual settings.
    • Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
    • Innovative thinker who contributes to the engineering strategy while balancing the need for timely deliverables.
    • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
