Job Summary:
EnerMech is seeking a skilled Contract Support Engineer to join our team based in Ruwais, UAE. As the primary contact for Client Contract Administration and Field Personnel, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of Electric Overhead Travelling (EOT) cranes within the Contract.

Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for Client Contract Administration and Field Personnel to address and resolve any issues that may arise in the field.
- Prepare documentation and reports that encompass all elements of the HSE Assurance Program.
- Focal point for all maintenance, co-ordination, Daily/Weekly report writings, troubleshooting, etc.
- Deliver comprehensive technical assistance to address and resolve any issues or challenges encountered on-site.
- Oversee on-site resources, including personnel, vehicles, and equipment, to guarantee the seamless execution of the contract.

Requirements:
- Hold as a minimum a 3 Years' Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent).
- Have relevant oil & gas onshore EOT and lifting-related experience of not less than 5 years in the same area of application.
- Operational use and awareness of Lifting Equipment Regulations, and all relevant client Codes/Standards for Inspection and Certification requirements.
- Competent in use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- English Proficiency in Verbal and Written Communication & Intermediate Level.
