This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned Contracts Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of success, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver project goals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delegating work and setting clear direction to manage workflow.
  • Excelling at pre-contract work, including contract negotiation and preparation.
  • Managing the team to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring contractual terms are followed and managing supplemental agreements.
  • Implementing cost controls and financial procedures as outlined in construction contracts.
Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar role within a PMC.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
  • A MRICS/RICS affiliation and/or qualification is highly desirable.
